Do startups pay more than established companies ?
I have been researching on this topic for months. What interests me is people expressing their happiness on talking about their pay in startups.
Now startups are the ones who have just stepped into business and are not quite sure whether they will survive or sunk in the battle of business, competition and important customer satisfaction.
Let’s forget about the investors, founders and sharp dressed CEO’s. Today let’s focus on those employees working there.
According to statistics, the employees who work in startups take home better pay than those working in established corporate industry or MNC’s. Why? I honestly dont know. May be startups dont really know how to fix the salary or may be they want to motivate the staff and hire the best by giving what they want. Whatever the reason is many startups employees have confirmed that they earn better than the corporate one’s.
I too started my career with startup and believe me, I used to work for Rs.13000 when I never had any work experience nor had that skillset what professionals do.
To add to the top of that startups offer you better career growth than the established firms. Reason being startups are the one’s who value ideas, creativity and technological advances. The more creative you are the more you walk towards success.
